Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease along with Soy and Food Allergies, I have been on a quest to eat nourishing, healthy food, that doesn’t take a lot of time in the kitchen while still tasty and enjoyable. Also, I have found this great tool called Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Practicing yoga and meditation has given me a great sense of peace and balance in my life. I love sharing all these things that are working for me with others because, let’s face it, we are ALL busy but we are challenged with our health and well-being!

Recognizing healthy living is a passion of mine to help others feel happier and healthier, I studied Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

My goal as a Holistic Nutrition and Lifstyle Coach is to::

~Support busy people balancing work life, home life, kids schedules, etc. who want to create healthier meals for their family and themselves, balance life better and take better care of themselves so there is more energy to quality spend time with their families.

~Support people manage food allergies, especially those newly diagnosed/discovered through different food choices and self-care.

~Support menopausal women and symptoms associated with this life change.

I received my training as a Holistic Health/Lifestyle Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program in September 2014.  During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included: Dr. Mark Hyman, MD, physician and best-selling author, Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health and lifestyle coaching, and preventive health.  Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. – See more at
